The hotel was a good option to stay in New Orleans outside of the more expensive French Quarter for one night when one arrives very late in the evening. Getting an Uber on the next morning to downtown was not a problem at all. The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave me several suggestions where I could get a late dinner which was great. I like the Southern kindness and the way everyone treats you like an old friend.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and staff simply amazing! Good location to reach both the airport and downtown.

Check in was good even out of the reception working hours. Just need to make a call from the stationary phone located next to the entrance. Location is good. There is a parking for the ones who needs that.

We didn't eat breakfast but this room was 100% better then the Federal inn we stayed out. Would have rather spend money at your facility
